In this “live look-in” to the 2015 Kinsler Institute: A Festival of Radical Discipleship, Ched interviewed John, Carol, Sierra and Sydney Hirt, who joined us from Sydney, Australia. The Hirts have been prominent in the struggle, beginning in the 1970s, to nurture “the whole gospel for the whole person for the whole world” among churches in English-speaking countries. They have also worked theologically to promote discipleship as the alternative to decisionism, denominationalism and dogmatism among first world churches.
